Returns & Refunds policy

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

We want you to be confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied with your acoustic foam order, our return policy is designed to be fair for both our customers and our business.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, uncut, unaltered, and in their original packaging.

  • For hygiene and performance reasons, used or installed acoustic foam cannot be returned.

Return Process

  • Contact our support team at contactus@soundtrapacoustics.com to request a Return Authorization (RA).

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, manufacturing defect, etc.).

  • All returns must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving an RA number.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • A 15% restocking fee may apply to cover handling and packaging costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll cover return shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or custom-made foam products are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please place a new order and return the original item following the steps above.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. The return address will be given with Return Authorization.

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
